1. What Holy Book contains in its pages predictions of the future that have up to this time been 100% accurate (the test of TRUE prophecy)? |
| |
2. What Holy Book contains within its pages references to people, places, dates, and events that are supported by archeology, science, and the works of reputable historians? (hint: consider the evidence apart from its interpretion and beware of deception.) |

3. Consider current events and how they are shaping the world. Where are we headed? |

4. Who is Jesus? Based on what He claimed about Himself and His authority, He is either a liar, a lunatic, or He is God. There is no middle ground. |

5. Consider the philosophical questions, "Where did our idea of right and wrong come from?" and "Why does every culture throughout time agree on a fundamental idea of what is wrong or unacceptable (i.e. selfishness is wrong, killing your parents in cold blood is wrong)?" |

The greatest link that we can provide our website visitors is a link to the Truth -- a link to Jesus Christ. We will dedicate this page to a discussion of the Christian faith and provide many valuable links to resources that will help answer questions and provide spiritual nourishment. At the bottom of this page you will also find links to helpful Idyllwild information.
There is a growing belief today that all roads somehow lead to God. There are a great many people who believe that they can get to heaven based on their own merits -- by being "good," or "spiritual." Many people claim that the God Christians serve is the same God that Muslims serve, or Mormons, or Jehovah's Witnesses, etc. And yet, the Christians will tell you that the god they (Christians) serve is the "right"one, completely different from the others. Even still, there are a large number of folks who claim that there is no God, that mankind came from a rock, and will simply cease to exist when he dies. Of course, there are other viewpoints out there, but let's get to the point. WHO IS RIGHT? Somebody has to be right, and the others wrong. Jesus said that He was the ONLY way to God, the first pillar of Islam states that Muhammed is God's prophet (Muhammed having taught radically different teachings than Jesus), Hindus believe in many gods, and Mormons believe that men can become gods ( a teaching vastly different from that of the previously mentioned religions). Obviously, these folks are not all serving the same god. And the folks who say there is no god still have to base that decision on some logic. Well, our goal here is to help provide some of the logic necessary to make an informed decision that can withstand any test -- a decision for Jesus Christ. Do not judge Christianity by Christians. Jesus set the standard for the Christian faith and we all fall incredibly short of that mark. You must study the life and teachings of Jesus for a true understanding of the Chrsitian faith . Additionally, you must also understand what all faiths claim, why they believe it, and what evidence (if any) supports their claims. This includes an understanding of the atheist position and its evidences, or lack thereof. This will take some time and devotion. However, we can help you get started in your studies by asking you to consider the following:
